CUCM 9.X Upgrade with Flex Licensing

Hi,

We are proposing a CUCM 9.x system upgrade to 12.5 version with Flex licensing and would like to know the best practices involved for smart licensing and upgrade via Flex licenses.

1. Customer currently have CUWL Standard licenses. With Flex, do they get PUT access for upgrade of CUCM, CUC and IM&P?

2. As the current version is 9.x, do we need to go for Classic Licensing Required (v11) option, which is listed in A-FLEX config in CCW? 

3. With Flex licensing, can the customer opt for Jabber IM&P (12.x) or Webex Teams Cloud messaging or both?
