Hi Guys,
I have CUCM and CUAC the first time I made the test connectivity was successful but when I clicked on save gave me this message: connection connection test failed. Please check the connection details and try again. Error Data : CONNECTION_ERROR
and I couldn't make synchronization with CUCM!! I restarted both but no answer!!!
any help please!

You need to mention if this is CUACS, or CUACA, and versions.

Between CUCM 8.6 and CUACS 9.1 the first installation every thing were good and the synchronization was working, but suddenly I clicked on save button then this message appeared and lost the connection.

That info cannot be correct, CUACS only exists on 10.x+ versions.
You'd probably want to go and see exactly what you're using, and check the TSP config is OK and working.

it's Cisco Unified Attendant console Administrator business edition 9.1. Where can I found TSP config?!

Are you installing this for the first time?? or was this already working???

I installed it and and start test connectivity with CUCM and was working good except I couldn't synchronize the CUCM Director numbers then I couldn't login with Attendant console client after that I got problem with CUCM connectivity!

I checked TSP config and it's OK no problem about it! any Idea, please!

I reinstalled the CUACA in my 2008 server and I got the synchronization again with CUCM connectivity but during activate the Directory synch I lost the CUCM synch !
What is the problem here! please any Idea
