CUCM Custom Announcements missing on Subscriber

Good Afternoon,

i have setup a custom announcement and uploaded the Wav file on the publisher, the Wav files are not available on the subscriber so when phones are registered with the subscriber the announcement doesn't work

have tried uploading the same wav file in the announcements on the sub but get error "The .wav file could not be translated by the Audio Translator Application."

any ideas how to get the custom announcement files to sync over to the subscriber? restarted both servers and re-added on the publisher but still same

Do you have the IP Voice Media Streaming App service activated on both the Pub and the Sub, or just the Pub? If on just the Pub, do you have the media resources in a media resource group/list (MRG/MRGL) structure or do none of the resources belong to an MRG? If the resources are in an MRG/MRGL structure, is the MRGL assigned to both device pools? (I'm assuming two device pools based on the assumption that you have two CMGs).
