cucm license utilization

Dear team ,

Attached the current cucm licenses utilization and we need to add new licenses for future expansion.

would you please advise which type of licenses to add according to phone models we have the below phone models

533x 7821

40x 8851

40x 8845

15x 8865

54x 2504

36x sx20

It all depends on how you assign the phones to users, so it’s not a very easy question to give you a definitive answer on.

And as Roger said, it all comes down to how you configure those devices, so you'll be the one doing the math based on your configuration and number of devices per user.

Licensing is always best understood and paid when you work with the right Cisco Partner. Check with your local Cisco AM and they will be able to direct you to the right partner, that way you can get the correct information and better pricing.
