Fellow Networkers,

In order to limit downtime associated with a migration, I need "cm-locale-en_GB-7.0.1.3000-1.cop.sgn" to complete the build of a standby server.

Unfortunately, TAC can no longer supply; hopefully, this audience can?

Assistance would be much appreciated.  Dropbox details are available for upload purposes.

Have you tried contacting your Cisco account team? Cisco will have the software, TAC can just be really unhelpful sometimes. Make enough noise and you'll get it.
