CUCM - Log Partition Low Water Mark and High Water Mark Exceeded

Hi,

I am getting the LogPartitionHighWaterMarkExceeded alert from RTMT and i have tried to purge the logs by setting LWM to 20% and HWM to 25%.

Then I've waited for 1 week with the above mentioned % and set back to the default value after one week. I am still getting the same error, Can someone suggest any workaround to purge the logs..?
