CUCM or Unity Conx 10.5 - Fwd No Ans goes to Mobile - next behavior

I want to set the  forward no answer for a DN to a PSTN number (cell phone). But if they do not answer I want to either have it go to another PSTN number pr maybe a DN that I could then  forward to a 2nd Cell number  or maybe go to Unity Connection where I could maybe get it to try to transfer to a 2nd Mobile number.

Is this something I can do in CUCM and / or  Unity Connection ?

No, once you forward a call, you lose all control over it, it would depend on the called party to do any further redirection.

Best you can do to have some control over this, would be to call forward to a group of DNs in a line group with SNR enabled on them.
