i have installed my call manager 3 times this month and i first wan to know if anyone has an idea on what is going on.

Hi Michael,
seems to be issue with file system.
what is Call manager version?
If installed on VM, you can refer the link

Have you had a power issue in the server/storage where that server is??
Or any problems with the storage??

Thanks you i think i will repaire the Cucm and avoid power disruption.
