CUCM Platform Admin Account Locked

I believe my Cyber section spammed my CUCM cluster with the wrong OS administrator password. I was able to reset the password but I still can not login to the CLI or GUI with the OS admin account. Using SecureCRT to CLI, it says the account is locked. GUI just says invalid password. However, sometimes I am able to login with the same account with no issues. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you have accountlocking enabled, disable it.

It might be that someone is causing it to be locked and you then just try after the unlocktime and that's when it works for you.
