I have got CUCM integrated to PLM server.
Currently, PLM server displays error message of over subscription of Standard license by 2.
How can I find out which user/device/feature is causing an over subscription ? Is there a report which can be pulled ?
Installed System License details below :
Foundation : 100+
Basic : 100+
Standard : 0

In CUCM under licensing you can drill down to specific license type being used and who/what device is using it.

On the PLM interface click on Licenses, will get you the License Usage view/report.
from chart view you can see the insufficient licenses marked in red.
refer the below guide for explanation:

Hi Venperum,
The document still does not provide drill down information for the exact amout of license usage.
Considering if I've got a system of 100+ end users, how can I find out that which enduser/device
is causing an overuse of license ?

Hi,
Has anyone found this similar issue ?

Hi Rishikul
You can get the license usage view from the PLM dashboard. Refer this document,

Hi Lavanya,
The license usage view only provides high level license detail, which includes overall license consumption.
How can I get a drill down detail of the license consumption per user/device ?
CUCM in my case is based on HCS license model & the license tab from system menu is nonexistent.

The License Report is missing from the menu but you can access typing the URL: https://<IP>/ccmadmin/licensingreportEdit.do
