cucm services problem

Hello Experts,

Would you please tell me the reason of not running the services of cucm 9.1? It is noted that it takes a long time to be server up and  also login to the server. Please give me suggestion to  resolve this issue.

If you mean you start or reboot the server, and have to wait around 15-20 minutes, that's completely expected, services start in alphabetical order and take quite some time for all of them to start, nothing you can do about it.

Thanks for your response.

Hope there is misunderstanding about the services and server up. The services are stuck in starting but even not be started till now. I can access cucm only through putty and vsphere client.

It would not problem if the services of the server are being started 15-20 minutes.

Hope you suggest me to resolve the issue.

OK, might want to provide more details next time as to exactly what problem you're having, that way we don't have to guess.

What happened before that??

Was there any power issue?? running on thin provisioning and ran out of HDD??

You can always try the recovery disk and see if that helps.
