CUCM subscribers failing over

Hi guys. I remember I was able to see which Sub in cluster  is active before, now I can't find it how I did it :) .  Can you please advice/remind it ? Also How can i see (alert/log) when there was fail over from SUB1 to SUB2 ?  (We had a sip trunk issue because of remote site System didn't have SIP to 3rd Subscriber programmed, and SUBs failed over to exactly that 3rd one )

Thank you

Hi,

Do you mean you want to see the alert for Call manage service crashing or CPU spike or something else?

You can refer to the link below for the list of system error messages on CUCM:

I can see those alerts in RTMT, but I didn't find alert when SUB3 became active instead of SUB1 . Also how can I see which of them is active ?

You probably want to start by clarifying what do you mean by "being active"

we have 3 SUbs and use one of them active for user/device registrations and 2nd as backup fail over.

You can look at RTMT counters for registered devices on each.
