Our client is using 2921/CME solution and they want to use CUCM 9.0. Regading http://www.cisco.com/web/partners/sell/technology/ipc/9and3.html website CUCME is eligible for upgrade but how we can continue on business side (how we can create order ? from R-UCL-UCM-LIC-K9 top level or do we have any another top level code for CUCME upgrades ?)
