Hi All,
I just need to know if there are any changes regarding CUE license.
Before, any CUE it has maybe 6 o8 mail boxes. Still like this or No?
I tried to configure a CUE for one of my customer but I found the following:
CUE# show license status application
voicemail disabled, no activated mailbox license available
ivr disabled, no activated ivr session license available
Is there any Voice port now or No?

HI JFV,
As Anand nicely linked here, the licensing scheme for CUE changed
with the release of CUE 7.1 and carries over to all the 8.x releases as well
You can run CUE temporarily using this method;
1. show license evaluation
2. license activate voicemail mailboxes # of mailboxes to be activated
3. license activate ports # of ports to be activated
4. license activate ivr sessions # of ivr sessions to be activated
5. license activate timecardview # of TimeCardView users to be activated
6. reload
7. show license in-use
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity_exp/rel7_1/Licensing/Using_CSL.html#wp1086776
But to run on a permanent basis you would need to install permanent licenses from the PAK
you receive when purchased.
Cheers!
Rob
