We have a site that has 2 receptionists. Each receptionist has their own Attendant Console and seperate CUEAC login. The way it is set up now is that calls will roll to console 1 and then overflow to console 2 after:
Max calls > 2
Wait time overflow > 45 seconds
Console 1 is not logged in
Is there a better way to set this up? I'd like inbound calls to ring both Attendant Consoles -
With CUEAC you can deliver the call to one attendant at a time (think queue), so you can add both attendants to the same queue, but with forced delivery only one will ring. This and many other are the shortcomings of this product, hence so many alternate solutions.
