Hi,
I'm testing CUEAC solution (CUEAC_SV_3.1.1.10_SR).
In a Cisco presentation, I saw a comparison among all the consoles, and it was highlighted, I heard that the CUBAC and the CUEAC had Web based Operator/call statistics, as an optional package, but I'm not able to find any documentation about or software to try it.
Has anyone tried this option before?

Hey Carmen,
I believe what you are looking for is called the Supervisor Add-on module,
this provides the real-time views and reporting statistics. As far as I know
this is only available with the Arc Enterprise Premium
I would contact your SE to confirm.

That's what I thought. I've already seen the Supervisor module being part of the ACR solution, but as that slide I saw said that both CUEAC and CUBAC had also the option, I wanted to check if it was just old marketing or I was missing something...

CUEAC and CUBAC have built in system reports, you can get to these through the Web Admin page by selecting the reporting option in the top right hand corner of the page.
