Hi,
I have CUCM 7.1.3 and CUMA 7.1.3 servers in my environment.
I am trying to register CUMC (Cisco Mobile 7.1) on iPhone but I am getting failed in the initial stage itself with error..."Cisco Mobile could not connect to the server. Timed out trying to establish connection, please check server address and port (1214)".
I am using the credentials which I have given in Exchange (same credentils in CUCM too), my mobile number, CUMA IP address with port 5442. Can you please suggest me how I can troubleshoot this issue?
