I am receiving complaints from customers using CUPC 8.03, where their incoming calls display the closest match number from their recent calls list in CUPC, rather than the directory. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this, or is this just a bug. Basically the call comes in and on the IP Phone the caller ID is correct, but in the CUPC incoming call window, the name and number is usually some arbitrary name and number that contains any part of the incoming number.
