CUPC v 8.6.1 Problem Login

Hi guys,

I've the CUPC of a client who have a little problem.

CUPC v8.6.1

CUCM 8.6

First step : i create the user on Active Directory

Second : I go on the CUCM and I force the LDAP synchro

LDAP Synchro : succesfull

License CUPC and CUP : ok

ATM I create the line and I associate the phone to the line (device profile do not exist), just the line and the physical phone.

For a a lot of users, this step work perfectly, but for some users this step don't work.

When the user lauch the CUPC, the user put his login (create on AD, and his windows password)

And the user has to answer "Bad Login"

When I go on the CUPS (cupuser), i can identify with the user create on AD

The user has already tried to connect to another CUPC, without success.

I am available for any other information !

Hi,

You say you have CUCM synced with AD.

Do you also have ldap authentication enabled ?

Can that use login to the cucm end user pages and to the cup end user pages ?

Sorry for the response time, but the problem is solved.

It was the policy level security passwords that was not respected
