CUPC Voicemail account not working

When I open CUPC and I go to options, there is account tab that says VOICEMAIL with a username and password field:

I enter the same username and password for LDAP which works great on Jabber for iPhone and which also allows me listen to my voicemails from the app with no problems - but in CUPC it says that those credentials are wrong.

I log in to CUPC using LDAP integration so they are supposed to be the same credentials.

Not sure what I am missing

Any suggestions?
