Hi - I am working through a CUPS 7.0.7 / CUPC 7.0.2 install. I have followed what I think is all the correct steps for lighting self status:
-User licensed and can logon ok
-Proxy Domain configured and looks ok from CUPC
-Users assigned to CUPS node
-Digest Credentials set
-Incoming ACL set to ALL ALL
-Set authentication module status to off (in service parameers)
-Restarted PE and Proxy (all services look to be started ok)
But still CUPC is in connecting / disconnecting state.
I have captured a sniff and brought into SIP workbench, but bizarrely I cant see any SIP traffic (even when i filter on SIP in wireshark).
Any help much appreciated!
thks
Brian

If you didn't see SIP traffic, either you captured on the wrong interface or CUPC was not able to resolve the server name. Try filter on DNS. Or you may upload the packet capture here.
