CUPS Installation Issue

Hello everyone. We are going through our first installation of CUPS and are having some issues. We got is installed, but it fails the "peer validation" test with the CUCM. Here is the ecact error we are receiving.

Failed to get trusted-peer validation information from CUCM primary node.

Any help would be great.

Have you added the CUPS as an Application server on the CCM?

Can you ping the CUPS from the CCM?

Hi,

You need to check the security password of cucm which it need to be matched.

Other case need to check DNS.
