How do I create custom reports in UCCX script to extraction through of historical reports program?

Hi

To create a proper custom report you'll need to learn SQL and Crystal Reports, and a few tricks specific to UCCX.

From the screen grab you have added I also think your script needs some work. I presume you want to report on the results of this script, which seems to be a satisfaction survey?
