We have tried to download CUCM 10.5 OVA tamplate from cisco site in my CCO id but unable to download showing addition information required .Is their any license required for download the tamplate.?

Hi Majhi,
you won't be able to restore Call manager version 7 data backup on CUCM 10.
You can use the PCD to do this migration. You need to downlaod this from Cisco site[You need to have ESW and UCSS contract to place order through PUT]

Hi Deb,
You can not restore CUCM 7.X DRS to 10.X server, DRS has implemented strict version check from CUCM 6.1(2). The entire cucm version(includes major/minor and maintenance release number) has to match for a successful restore.
hence, "Complete" CUCM Version has to match for a successful Restore of DRS backup.
For CM 10.0 and above
Starting from 10.0, CUCM + CUP merge has been introduced (common platform). In case of common platform, cluster will be running on two different versions(CUCM and CUP version). So, both CUCM and CUP version should match between backup and restore.
Plus below details should be the same even with exact CUCM \ CUPS version.
