dedicated 2900 series router and video conferencing between three phones

I have been using the guide at Peter's CCIE Musings and Rants (now in colour!): Cisco ISR G2 Video Conferencing Configuration to setup the video conferencing in our company. It's working in certain offices but not others. our Northern California office has a dedicated 2921 ISR with two PVDM DSP chips installed. End devices include two Cisco 8941 camera-phones and a 9971 camera phone in the same office. Calling any one of the three extensions from any of the other three allows video to be shared. Adding a third person to that call drops the codec down to G.711 or G.729.   The 2921 is registered via SCCP with the CUCM (version 8.6). The output below illustrates the problem further.

When I initiate a call and conference in a third person we all just get black screens.  The 2921 shows:

saccavgw01#sh sccp connections

sess_id    conn_id      stype mode     codec   sport rport ripaddr conn_id_tx

33563286   33610516     vcf   sendrecv g729a   32586 16534 172.17.154.88

33563286   33610514     vcf   sendrecv h264    30086 16894 172.19.4.109 33610515

33563286   33610513     vcf   sendrecv g729a   21538 16892 172.19.4.109

33563286   33610510     vcf   sendrecv g729a   30928 16546 172.19.4.152

Any ideas on this one?

Hi Athonia,

Please share the output of 'show tech' from your ISR here.
Add 'codec pass-through' under DSPfarm profile in case it isnt there yet.

Thanks

This issue is now resolved.  Removing the codec entries under DSPFarm and replacing them fixed things. I'd done this in the past so I'm not sure why it worked this time around.  Anyway, here's the final config section that is allowing video sessions to operate (loudest speaker mode) between three or more video phones:

saccavgw01#sh run | s dsp

voice-service dsp-reservation 0

dspfarm

dsp services dspfarm

dspfarm profile 1 conference video homogeneous
