Hello,
I have two users that say that they are receiving there voice mail messages much later than they arrive initially. A quote from one of them:
"
There is an issue with our phone messages. When someone leaves me a voicemail, it often doesn't show up until the next day. I checked all my messages first thing this morning and there were no messages. Then all of a sudden it popped up saying that I had a voicemail and it was from yesterday.
"
Is there something that they could be doing wrong? I have a few hundred voicemail accounts with no other issues. Is there something I can do to troubleshoot this?

What is the voicemail system you are using and type of integration (voicemail only, unified messaging, etc)?

Unity connection, voicemail only. The users check the voicemail on there phones only.
