Hi all,
I'm new to Unity and need to delete a few subscribers to free up some licensing. When I hit the delete button it prompts me stating that I haven't set the Substitute Objects values and if I proceed I could corrupt the database.
This is all fine and good and I would love to set the substitute values but I don't have a clue as to where they are and what they do. TAC has been no help - four days and I have yet to hear back from the tech and a search only comes up with the manuals which state the same thing but don't tell me how/where these alledged values are.
We're on Unity 4.0(4) w/Exchange 03 SP1.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Well, you can always look in the admin guide, it goes into detail on what these are, how they are used and where to set them:
The short version is you'll find all the substitute object settings down at the bottom of the "Settings" section of the "Configuration" page in the SA.

Thanks. That solved the issue quite quickly.
I've already downloaded the manual but the index is lacking to say the least as far as being able to find what you're looking for.
Thanks for the help and resolving this!!!
