Hello all

we are going to deploy deparment attendant console 8.5

we're licensed for 2 operators

my question is this

the 2 operators need to take call on 2 separate hunt pilots, is that possible ?

I've deployed this in the past, the same scenario, however when the permanent license was applied, i couldn't configure the 2nd hunt pilot so the 2 operators were members of the same queue which we don't want

could that be implemented ?

Each instance of CUDAC can only support a single queue. The documentation states that up to five instances are supported per server (e.g. you have five different departments); however, I am not seeing documentation that explains this install scenario and how you create the deliniation between instances. If your scenario calls for these two operators to be in different departments and not back one another up then you should be able to make this work. If you want them in the same instance you will need the CUBAC or CUEAC product instead which supports up to three or fifty queues respectively.
