How do you disable the phone in CUPC 8? In 7.x you had three options, softphone, hardphone and disabled. I do not see where it can be disabled in CUPC 8.x.
There is no way for the user to do it. The only option is to remove the phone association from the end user's account. Yes I agree this really sucks. Please complain to your Cisco AM.
