DX650 Corporate Directory search limit

Hello,

Is there a way to increase the search directory limit on DX650 phones? On these phones, it seems that the limit of entries are 13 - 15 entries, but the same search on 8841 phones it shows the full list (giving the options to advance by page).

Is there any option in CUCM to modify/increase this search limit?

Hi JJ,

The following limits apply to DX650:

- Search limited to first 18 results.
- Just contacts with telephonenumber field are displayed.
