I am new to ELM and wondered if it is able to send out an email when the CiscoGraceTimeLeft begins or a licence becomes non-compliant.
If not, is there a specific log file I can search for licencing alarms?
How can I set up a reminder to renew, without having to visit each client's ELM dashboard?
I am looking at using the remote syslog.
I would appreciate any help!

I never looked into notifications on ELM/PLM, so not sure if there is one. But once you go into grace period you will be made aware of it every time you log to application managed by ELM, for example when you login to CUCM there will be bold text counting down the days left before you remediate licensing.

Hi Chris,
thanks for your answer. I agree, the information is available in CUCM GUI, but to access the information on behalf of, say 100 customers, is not efficient.
I am looking for an automated solution.
