Failed to login to the server IP Attendant console

Hi Guys,

When I tried to connect Attendant console I put the IP address of Attendant server and extension, but gives me :Failed to login to the server IP CT errors.

any solution

Which attendant console? There are many variants, what version? What phone system is it integrated with?

CUACA 9.1 and CUCM 8.6 and I lost the synchronization and CUCM connectivity!
