Whats the shortcut to search fax port on gateway by extension number in cucm.

CUCM mainpage > Call Routing > Directory Number.

enter the extension number and click on find

wrong  i am asking about port.

It all comes down to how the port is controlled, i.e. what voip protocol, is it SIP, H323, MGCP or SCCP. Do you know?

If not, you can send us "sh run", "sh inv" and "sh diagnostics", "sh voice port summary" from the voice GW and we can review.

If your question was about actual voice GW "shortcut", there are none, voice GW is controlled via CLI commands and "shortcut" does not really mean anything, there are configuration modes that you enter to control, but you need to know the port number you are accessing, which you can tell from the "show" commands I listed.

On VG224 , I found extension number 3019 on port 2/16 by clicking on all ports one by one in cucm. Is there any shortcut or easyway to know the port number for a specific extension.
