fax received IN RightFax but no notification/email send to O365

 A user reported that she did not receive critical fax that was sent from a contractor on 
I checked and found that even though the fax was received on the e-fax server but the notification mail was not sent to the user's e-mail account as shown below.
Checked and found no issues with the user's e-fax account.

 

Notification mail was generated for the fax that was received before this fax and also after this fax, but only for this specific fax, the notification mail was not generated as shown below.

Hi,

 

I would suggest, that you check this with RightFax or with the partner, who installed it.

This is a Cisco Forum. And as you mentioned yourself, the fax is received successfully, so there is no problem on the fax call itself, so it has nothing to do with Cisco.
