First Name has ' in front of her name somehow????

I have a subscriber that is having issues. We try to pull her name up in SA and her name is "Mary" Mary has ' front of her name. so it looks like 'mary this is throwing Unity off in SA. SA says "authorization failure" on the webpage.

If there is a way to edit 'Mary in the SQL database... I don;t know of of another way except delete her.

You should be able to edit her name in Active Directory. Unity gets this info directly from AD.

yeah, that was way to easy.. thanks. I keep forgetting that AD syncs with the SQL database....
