First off, I want to say Thank you to everyone who has helped me so far. I am a freshly minted CCNP Voice, and have taken on a huge project to upgrade our 1200 user 7.x call manager enviornment to 8.6. At this point I am just working on my UCCX scripts and doing minor tweaks, but it is going amazingly well.
In unity connections, I have set up my voicemails to "Accept and Relay the Message" to my email. That is working perfectly. I did want to know though if there is a way to change the friendly name that the messages are sent from. Currently they say "Cisco Unity Connection Messaging System". The concern is that since our users have no idea what Unity is, they may think these new emails are spam. Is there a way for us to change this to whatever we want, or is this hard coded in to Unity?
