Getting support with MCS-7828-I4 "Read Only" issue.

Hello,

We recently had an issue with a MCS-7828-I4 and "read only" issue (CSCti52867 - "IBM 7816-I4 and 782x-I4 READONLY file system"
)

So, we need to regain support access from Cisco in order to download software needed to upgrade HDD Firmware.

My question is, what is the appropriate service we would have to purchase, ESW or SMARTNet? Since issue cames from HDD failure, it doesn't seem clear to us if we need to purchase an ESW service (related to software bug/fixes) or SMARTNet service (replacement of the unit).

Any thoughts?
