Greeting Message in CUCM 10.0 Standalone

I want to set a greeting message to a Reception Extension in CUCM 10.0.1.12900-

Can anyone guide me to configure.

You will need Unity Connection or UCCX for that, do you have one of these apps?

Hi Marwan,

YOu could try native call queuing option in CUCM to achieve this. YOu need to configure a hunt pilot and route the calls to receptionist extension and in the hunt pilot config, you can point the greeting message as MOH.

i am tried added Line Group then Hunt list then i follow that link but still nothing happen.
