im currently doing a proposed solution for unified comms, and have the following queries: 1)we will need licenses for soft/hard phones connected to call manager; do we need separate licenses for other server products (unity, presence, meetingplace)? 2)meetingplace or videoconferencing solution - which will suit our needs? do we need both? users will have confs by web, participate in trainings, seminars, etc, and would need the flexibility to conf thru IM's as well
