Hello guys !
We are migrating an old CUCM v7.0 to a new VMware based virtualized CUCM platform v 9.1.1.2000.
We have configured all required parameters on call manager, unity, webex, but we are not sure how we can migrate the current MoH audio source.
On old system they have configured on service parameters:
Default Network Hold MOH Audio Source ID : 51
Default User Hold MOH Audio Source ID : 51
Multicast audio source is NOT enabled, and this fixed MOH audio source is provided by an USB-port connection on old servers.
This new CUCM v9 based on VMware servers is enable to configure fixed audio source through USB ports??
If so, do you know information about proper procedure to implemet this solution on new CUCM v9???
Thanks a lot for your help !!!!

You can't, that's explained in the MOH config guide, either you get an MCS server to plug the USB audio dongle, or use multicast MOH from a router using an E&M or similar connection to plug in the external audiio source.
