how to add the pstn connection to BE-3000 ?

Hi friends,

                Can any one please help me how to add pstn connection to BE-3000,Where will i get the technical details of Bsnl pstn connection.

When Im calling Customer Service Center regarding this specifications nobody has the answer.What should I do now/

Does anyone from  India implemented the BE-3000 (Mcs 7890) if so please let me know, how to take the details of Bsnl Pstn connection.
