how to create an administrator account in CUCM 4.0.

hi please give me details for creating an administrator account in CUCM 4.0 its urgent...

Long time since I've worked with that but the procedure was very similar to new versions as far as I can recall, you need to add the users you need to the user group with Administrator permissions.

Multilevel Administration Access has to be enabled first on CM 4.0, this should help:
