How to disable the SFTP port on Cisco CMS 3.1.2

I'm not sure how to disable the SFTP port on Cisco CMS, and if I disable it, will I be able to enable it again later? Please kindly advise.

AFAIK, it's not possible..
you must limit access to this port through a Firewall or Access List..

The default SFTP port is 22, also used for SSH. AFAIK, this cannot be disabled as SSH is used for management.
