Hi All,
Hope you all are doing well, We have a contact center environments, where we are unable use Extension mobility function for agent login. we have enabled EM service and subscribed serviceability feature. We can see EM services on phone, but unable to select EM service and it is not asking or prompting for user id and Password. So please help me to activate it properly.
Cisco Phone Model: Cisco 7945
Note: Please find attachment, you will understand the issue. Only exit option is available on display.

Verify the URL on the phone service is right.
Check if you are able to access the URL on browser
Try restart Cisco Tomcat Service
