I have two hunt groups which were already configured when I took over the role of voip admin, I've since added some phones to these groups and I've been made aware of some strange behaviour that I can't quite figure out.
- When the group line rings all the phones ring as expected.
- If the group line rings when one of the pre-existing phones is already on a call, that phone still rings allowing the user to switch to the new call if needed.
- If the group line rings when one of the phones I've installed is already on a call, that phone does NOT ring, and even if the user hangs up the phone they can not pick up the new call.
Obviously I've just misconfigured these new phones but when comparing their config to existing lines I can't find the difference and thus I turn to you learned and educated administrators in hopes for enlightenment.
I am using CUCM 220.127.116.1100-6 and PCP Version 11.2
