Hello,
I have two hunt groups which were already configured when I took over the role of voip admin, I've since added some phones to these groups and I've been made aware of some strange behaviour that I can't quite figure out.
Obviously I've just misconfigured these new phones but when comparing their config to existing lines I can't find the difference and thus I turn to you learned and educated administrators in hopes for enlightenment.
I am using CUCM 11.5.1.10000-6 and PCP Version 11.2

Check the busy trigger under Multiple Call/Call Waiting Settings in DN config.
