I have CUCM and CUC 6.0.1 and i am trying to do a basic dial plan for my house. I had this working before but i lost all my virtual machines and have to redo my config. I have four phones (ext 1000, 1001, 1002, and 1003). The call flow should work as follows:
PSTN --> H 323 router --> plar to pilot 1999 --> ring all four phones --> after no pickup from hunt forward to 1000 --> after no pickup go to VM
The entire flow works as intended from any of the phones (say 1001 dials the pilot), but calls from the PSTN get the generic "Hello. Cisco Unity Messaging system. From a touchtone..." vociemail greeting and not my 1000 DN Voicemail.
I have correctly associated CUC with CUCM and have a working voicemail on DN 1000 that is customized and working and any four-digit dialing goes to the voicemail as intended. This tells me that line group, hunt list and hunt pilot are configured correctly. It may be an issue with plar or something in the dial peers. I'm not sure.
where can i start looking to possibly resolve this issue?
Thanks in advance.

Assign 1999 as alternate extension to the 1000 VM box.
