i have a ccm version 9.1 pak but not run in elm

i have ccm 10.5.1.12900-2 ,but my pak is 9.1,i have upload on cisco.com into a .bin file ,can't work!

The ccm version is not right soft ?or esle 

the man who deal with similiar question.

plesse give me your reply.My project can't process,hurry.

Hi,

 

what I have understood tht u have got Call manager 10.5 installed but u have got PAKs for call manager 9 [ELM] and u need to get permanent licenses for CUCM 10 ? Is it so ?

I suppose u would have placed the order through PUT to get bootable of CUCM 10 since u have already installed that.

You can share the generated txt file from PLM along with Sales Order and share with licensing team
