We are a car company. We have a couple hundred car lots scattered through several states. The associates at those locations use device profiles to login to phones at the lot. Each associates extension is assigned a location specific calling search space. At Corporate we have both an 800 number and a local number associated with our main line. I've been asked to give my super a report of "all of the associates who called into Corporate last month". I'm not sure how to do this. I haven't spent much time on the reporting pieces as I'm fairly new to UCM (a little over a year). Is this a simple ask? Can anyone help with this issue?

If you don't have a billing applications you need to check the CDR data from https://<<CUCM IP>>/car/

CUCM has a built in reporting solution referred to as CAR (CDR Analysis and Reporting). It has a limit to the amount of data that it can store - on my CUCM 14 install, it's 6gb or 180days, whichever is smaller. If you have a busy cluster, you may end up with a couple of weeks retention.
Most organizations use a third party solution that will automate these reports. You may look into something like VoIP Detective call reporting - this will allow you to group phone numbers by lots and automatically email out reports every day/week/month. There is a free version available as well.
