hello ..

i would like to download the .wav audio voices from cucm

i have cucm system version : 10.5

192.168.1.231  Cisco Unified CM Administration

192.168.1.232  Cisco Unity Connection 

192.168.1.233 Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence

our number is 92000215 when someone call us he gets a message

(Welcome to XXX XXX  if you know the required extension press 9 if you need customer services press 2 for finance press3 for it press 4 for fax press 6)

i need to download this audio from cisco call manager and please provide me whith the required steps to do it
